Q: I would like to enroll in the exam prep package, how do I enroll and access the exam questions?
A: Go to the specific exam website page you want to enroll in, ie for CDL prep return to the CDL page or search the website for the CDL exam page. Once on that page Scroll down to and click on long blue rectangle that says: Start your exam prep today. This will take you to the next page, click on ENROLL NOW. This will take you to the next page where you enroll, scroll down to Proceed to Checkout. Enter your payment details and check out for enrollment. Next an email will be sent to you with a confirmation link to go to the exam, click on that and start your exam.OR You can also access the exam once you are enrolled by returning to the exam page (making sure you are logged in) Then scrolling down and clicking on long grey rectangle that says Quizzes.
Q: I have enrolled in the exam prep package, how do I access the exam prep questions?
A:Once you enroll an email is sent to you immediately with a confirmation link to go to the exam, click on that and start your exam, make sure you are logged in!OR You can also access the exam once you are enrolled by returning to the exam page (make sure you are logged in and search for your exam or return to your exam page) Then scrolling down and click on the long grey rectangle that says Quizzes.
Q: I see only one quiz, is there more quizzes to take?
A: Yes. Once you pass the first quiz with a score of 90%+ you will be provided the next set of questions and so on.
Q: I would like to discontinue my enrollment and cancel my exam prep service
A: You need to Login to your account. Choose the “Subscriptions” link, click on your exam and choose “Cancel”. We cannot cancel your account for you, you need to login to your account and cancel your enrollment.
